RideBuddy Refund and Cancellation
Cancellation Policy:

- RideBuddy allows users to cancel their ride bookings before the scheduled departure time.
b. Refund Conditions: - If the ride taker cancels the ride at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time, a 100% refund will be provided.
c. Cancellation Fee: - If the ride taker cancels the ride less than 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time, a cancellation fee of 10% of the checkout amount will be charged.

Ride Cancellation by RideBuddy:

- RideBuddy reserves the right to cancel a ride due to unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons.
b. Refund Procedure: - If a ride is cancelled by RideBuddy, a full refund will be issued to the ride taker.
Appeals and Disputes:

- Users can appeal a cancellation decision by providing appropriate evidence or explanation.
b. RideBuddy Decision: - RideBuddy will review appeals and make a final decision regarding the refund or cancellation.
